My wife ordered me a bronco cover 1 week before christmas and it arrived on Thursday. She said he was very helpful and went out of his way to get it to us on time. I know he has been really bashed on this board lately. Sometimes minor misunderstanding can turn into major problems if not dealt with quickly. He was a good vendor to deal with as far as we can tell. So once again thanks for all your help and happy holidays.

He got mine to me pretty quickly as well (earlier this year). I love it, I used it the other night...

What is it they say... It isn't that you fall down it's how you get back up?

Since your so happy go ahead and paypal him 1000$ for a top and then I would like to hear your comments (3,6,9,12 months later) when it hasn't arrived yet. Rick did this to himself. BI

I am not praising him I am just saying I am sorry some of you had a bad experience with him. My experience was a good one so maybe there is hope for him.

It's good to see something good posted about the whole situation. I bought one of his trail covers during the mass buy and it is a great product.

So do you think it's right for Rick to be taking money and making transactions from new customers when he has defaulted on his earlier obligations?

is he not shipping out trail covers or are people having delays on soft tops?

looking at the FJ site and this one I would say that Rick has figured out that it is easer to build and deliver the trail covers. Making more trail covers may net him more cash in the total picture. He needs the turnover that the trail covers will give him. The soft tops take up too much time. Time that he uses to keep up with the trail covers. You work on what makes you money. He already has the soft top peoples money, he wont give it back. Those people will have to wait until he gets slow on the trail covers. So in a way the people that are buying the trail covers are stoping the manufacturing of the soft tops. I say don't buy a trail cover until the soft top orders are filled. Help a brother out. The real guestion is if he only had soft tops to build, would he build them or push them off and go to the Jeep sites next? He already went to the fj's to stay busy.

I sent a message saying I wanted to buy a top to see if he bit.... nothing I really can't believe your wife didn't get taken, you are really lucky, maybe he should do that for the rest of his customers, you know the ones that paid and didn't get anything.

I bought one early on, and love it. I would never buy another, regardless of whether I could have it in a few days or not, simply because I won't buy from a vendor who sticks it to people.

Agree 100%

Thought about purchasing a top from him, glad I did not.
