Sanderson headers GT40P

I know this has been covered, and I know they now make a bronco header set, but I purchased these headers a couple years ago and now getting to the exhaust portion of the build. How are guys getting around the passenger side dumping out onto the frame rail. I have a body lift so I might be able to make it work, but wanted some input before I dig in.

Sounds like a set made for a mustang?
Some have pie cut and weld/ fit and made the header work.
Some have had a talented exhaust guy that could make a fitting that would work too..

Yes that was the only option a couple years ago. Just seeing how guys made them work
