Agreed .. do not use ! That crap holds water & will make a rusty mess eventually . I had a Bronco where the PO filled the rear hardtop corner panel & it rusted thru the outside .
I assume he wants, like me, to seal the opening so fumes, heat, noise, etc do not enter the cab from the below. The same for the A and B pillars.
You could seal them high up near the openings at the top (hard to get foam to stay up there) or low (moisture which leaks in through tail lights would be trapped).
