Seat Tracks Springs/Linkage Placement

Stupidly I replaced the drivers side seat tracks without taking a picture of the spring/linkage placement. Can anyone help with the placement or have a diagram?

I think I have one at work and can send tomorrow. I also seem to think that Toms website has a photo that shows how the springs fit
