-So my buddy and I hade differing opinions on this. I set his engine to 10 degrees BTDC, installed his distributor and set the rotor to as close alignment for #1 plug on the cap.
-He feels that the truck will be 10 degrees but read "0" at the crankshaft since I set the the damper at 10 and installed the distributor.
-And I still think it will show 10 BTDC on the timing light.
-But I am not so sure now.
