Wondering how to adjust and set up emergency brake cables newly installed.
I have stock drums in rear so I assume someone on here should be able to point me in the right direction thanks

Do you mean how to adjust them?
Just like you would any other time you put new ones on.
Even with the lift you didn’t always have to readjust the stock ones for that small amount of lift. But sometimes you did.

With new, as always make sure the rear brakes are adjusted perfectly, route the cables the same way they were originally. And then do your final adjustment up front at the adjuster.
This is for the 74? Should just be the threaded rod and nuts for adjusting, correct?

Make sure the vehicle is on jack stands or safely chocked at the wheels. Release the parking brake pedal all the way up and start your adjustment.
At least I think it should be that straightforward. Routing the new cables and supported them so they don’t bounce around on the driveshaft is usually the fun part.
Are these stock length or longer than stock?
