Bronco... what are the holes cut in the rear QTRs for?

Those holes are for the clamps that hold down the hard top. They were some clamps the P.O. made that tightened down with a bolt. The idea sounds like it wouldn't work that well but the clamps actually held it in place pretty well. Made it so you didn't have to take the interior quarter panels off to put the top on or take it off.

just put some new photos up of the center console in my build thread.

AHHHHHH... IC.... about the clamps for the top. That's why I put nutserts in the top of the bed... so I wouldn't have to pull the QTRs either

I just did nutserts yesterday. I will find out how well they work in the morning when I put the top back on

My 73. It's still a work in progress. I want to get matching inserts for the rear quarters.

Here are a couple for you. Not stock but not really custom either. Half cab so not much interior to start with. Sport seats out of a Toyota Supra, Rhino on the floor, floor shifter and a stock dash.
