I can answer that cause deano and i did them together. Trans was cast aluminum hvt. Tcase was cast iron hvt with black outputs and aluminum shift rods. Plus I used a sharpie and made all the casting markings black. Then I used hvt clear over all of it for protection. Looked real nice

just finished rebuilding Saturday. it has the 1/4" spacer I made attached to it. It is an np205.

What was your cleaning process for most of these? Sandblast, wire wheel, just degrease etc..

I used break cleaner scrapers and rags to clean mine. Then I bought a pressure washer. Lol

Just finished rebuild. Dana 20 with 3.15 terralows, WH HD output shaft, and BCB gear gawker cover, Mated to an NV3550.

Wish it was a ATLAS:p But did go with big output shaft and 1410 yokes

For something totally different... NP241 behind an NP231 range box all mated to a C6. I will be ditching the slip yoke prior to hitting the trails. Running 1410 yokes on the rear and 1350 front.
