If anyone is wondering what we started with, it looked like this in 2012:
Thank you all! It's really special to know all your hard work accomplished something. Especially when it was with your Dad.

like I told you ... I went back to it at least 7 times before I realized I forgot to take any pix of it !
any pro builder can take notes how to prep and paint the underside of a hood ! its amazing !!

Franko
WOW, gorgeous!! My dad would have loved it too, he was all about some black on good looking cars/trucks/Broncos. Does Tim Mitchell have a shop around close? I know you did most of the work but he did a great job on paint and body. What's funny is that Bronco looks better than the day it rolled off the assembly line. Great job
Thank you, Tim! You should ride over and see it in person sometime, if you can make the drive! ;D
He is in Pisgah and only does it part time. His main job is construction/remodeling. When he gets some spare time he works on vehicles. He's working on my '66 U13 now. It's low mileage and will be driven some, so I didn't want a frame-off. Just a good paint job and refreshing here and there.
wow ... you just short of removing 4-6 bolts for it to be a frame off ! lol
orig .... white color u13 ?
Jimmy. That is a stunning truck. You all did an amazing job. My favorite one at the show
