Looking to see if there are any vendors that sell the dash overlay in smooth stainless steel? I saw references to several but not sure if they were one off people had done or whether a vendor sells them.

Thanks

Just a note if you find one and you're not familiar working with stainless steel. I started with a stainless blank (sorry, can't remember where I got it from!), but it was really hard to work with. You need a nibbler and special stainless bits to drill through it. I ended up going aluminum since that matched my console anyway, plus I could use my existing tools without having to invest in new.

Thanks, I am trying to keep it matching with my stainless windshield frame. I hate the current diamond plate. I do have specialized bits for stainless to do the small holes and figured I would plasma cut the big ones.

BC Bronco has a replacement dash, not just an overlay. Can get it in a number of different configurations or blank as I did and lay it out your self. Dash is a nice product, made of regular steel...

We've got two new full dash replacements (http://www.wildhorses4x4.com/category/newproducts-EB) and I thought a third that was an overlay (also just plain steel) but don't see it in the New Parts. Maybe it didn't happen, or is just delayed.

Sorry, I don't remember who had the stainless one. I thought it was BC as well, but if you don't see it then maybe they stopped selling them.

Scroll down a little farther on new products, we had those before the full dashes so they are not together on the page.

I don't remember one of there in stainless. You could always do a one off. Guessing it would be costly.

Make a template of what you want on your dash, and then check with your local sheet metal shop...My local sheet metal shop is very reasonable and likes to do something different from the usual duct work when they can. Bring a photo of your Bronco along...

Last time i was at lowes i saw a product that was a stick on brushed stainless. Mainly used to update cabinet doors and such. Cant remember what section it was in but i think somewhere around the kitchen stiff or the modular storage area. Where the shelves and cabinets are for closets and garages. It seemed to be a thick quality product
