Stainless Steel Question

Has anyone ever used stainless to do any trim work in their rig. I am replacing a bunch of stainless walls in my restaurant and have access to several good pieces of stainless. Some are only 1' x 3', but others are closer to 4'x4'. I know the Duff Bronco has stainless throughout the engine compartment including the inner fenders, but that is way beyond my skill level. Any ideas on what I should do with this stuff. Pics appreciated if you have any.

Thanks
