Stealth bumper steel list. Size, thickness, etc.????

I am going to order my steel tomorrow and I am wondering what size steel tubing I will need to make a front bumper like the "Stealth?" Basically I need a parts list for the steel that I will need--mounting included. Does anyone have any measurements or steel list for these bumpers???

I can give you a ruff est. on what i used on mine. 6 ft 2x5 3/16 rec tube. 2ft of 2x4 rec tube (1/4" thick didn't have 3/16) to go into frame rails fits nice. 4'x8" 3/16 plate. torch/grind/weld should have a bumper in a few hours.
