My buddy recently bought a bronco project and he has been piecing it together, and he recently tried to put the factory bumper on the front...except that the frame is so boogered that he cant get it on there.

I told him the only idea I had was to take it to a frame shop and hav ethem straighten it out....is that the best idea?

I have encouraged him to sign up on here, but tech is not his thing. Hes a little older and I usually just research whatever he needs.

buggered up frame horns can be repaired fairly easily. torch and hammer go along ways. I doubt anyone could tell mine have been worked on, they were pretty bad. they can also be cut off and replaced with new, they are available. If the frame is bent further back, it probably needs to go to a frame shop.

Hi,X2. My rear was in terrible shape but nothing a little heating, beating, bending, and grinding couldn't fix. You can't even see my handiwork under the new bumper. Good luck
