Stock Spare tire carrier install

Does anyone have a good pic of how and where this holds the tire? I know how the backing plates go and the corner horns. What i am tying to figure out how does that bolt and holding bracket(assuming it holds the tire) hold the tire itself. Does anyone have a good pic of stock install?
