Stock Steering Shaft and Wheel?

Can this direct fit Ididit Steering shaft work for other years than 76-77. I really wan to install a stock steering wheel on a tilt, column shift shaft. Has anybody tried this? If not why don't they make them for other years? They def should.

If that doesn't work is it possible to install a stock wheel on this shaft. Can a bracket or modification be made to make it work.

If you want to use a stock steering wheel from a 74-77 (see pic) no problem. I can put you together a complete kit or if you have the wheel we can do column and lower steering shaft.

As for the second question the stock wheels will not work on the GM based tilt columns. The stock wheels use no adapter and have different splines.
