Did you paint the door latch cups? Anything tricky about painting them?
Painted them body color using enamel paint. The key is the prep before painting. I use a product called Final wash from Global paint and body supply. Paint goes on smooth no fisheyes.

This stuff works great on a lot of applications. Trick is to cover both sides with glue then let it tack up before applying.
We used spray on adhesive for a headliner in the Yota project and it released a while later. Tore it out and used the Weldwood contact cement. It will stay in place now.
I used a can of 3M, it worked great low smell easy to use.

Headliners seem to be the worst case test of an adhesive. Super 77 won't hang, I'm told that Super 90 will but I've not tried it.

The 3M adhesive worked great, as far as a headliner, I am going to psss on that.

Which 3m adhesive? There's about 100,000 of them.

Where the Super 77 fails isn't initially. It is once it gets hot enough it will let go.
