We are always looking for ways to make these replicas in the USA but there is not a manufacturer left that has the ability to make these models. Even combining multiple smaller suppliers of components, no one can perform the final assembly.

I'd say a 1:24 kit would be best. That way we can build whatever we want, rob other kits for rims, motors, etc. I know the MPC blazer back in the day came with Gates Commandos..... I'm in the USA and will do the final assembly that way! :)

The resin option lowers up front costs but drives up piece price but, this is a good way to test the market. If all goes well, the die cast investment comes with less risk.

Too much information I'm sure but now you know our thought process.

Never too much information!

So, if you did do the replica in resin, what would the unit price be to the consumer...roughly speaking?
