The late '70s T-bird calipers fit the same caliper brackets as the late '70s Bronco and F150 calipers, so they can be used as an upgrade replacement for them.
The T-bird caliper has a larger piston than the Bronco/F150 calipers.

There's a difference in the brake line hose also. It's a banjo bolt head but I don't remember the application. Todd Z what is the make and model for the hose and the banjo bolt.

The banjo bolt is a 7/16-24" size. It's available from various sources - BC Broncos is a Bronco supplier that has them. Since Duff's is now selling these calipers in their kit, they might supply it separately as well.
To the best of my knowledge, an off-the-shelf application for the hose has been found. So custom hoses are required. I use generic -3 braided lines with the appropriate banjo fittings on them. I'm pretty sure BC and others sell pre-made hoses for the conversion as well.
