T-bird calipers help

Picked up thunderbird calipers from duff probably 3 years ago, finally getting to them. I've not found any banjo bolts, nor washers. Also one appears to be a reman/ aftermarket while one has ford stamping? Is this normal?

I've found these brake lines from duff, but I can't seem to cross reference anything online that says they are correct ones or not? I've got WH stainless braided lines as seen below and if I need to go buy 2 stock calipers and pads that's what I'm willing to do.

Help is most appreciated.

My next issue:

I believe the duff lines are correct for the t-bird calipers, but the aftermarket caliper will not let me seat the screw in completely. 🙄

Can I cut off an eighth to a quarter inch of threads and be ok?

Attached photo, the banjo bolts are seated completely. Clearly the aftermarket caliper will NOT work.

Thoughts?

I thought all T-bird calipers used a tapered thread for the hole. Is that not correct?
Regular banjo bolts don’t work in those was my thought.
Maybe you have one with a tapered hole and the other with straight threads.
Did you measure both pistons to make sure they are indeed T-bird calipers?

My first thought is that cutting threads off the banjo bolt is not a good idea.
Not really any scientific reason, but with as much torque as you have to put on them sometimes it seems that the longer threads are very valuable for holding that torque.

yes, pistons both measure correctly, threads are not tapered. I was not a fan of doing that. I just bought 2 new reman calipers from BC (both with ford cast into them!) should be good to go now. crunch time to SuperCel is QUICKLY approaching!
