MO Tail Light Panel (drivers and passenger)

I am looking for Driver and Passenger side Tail Light Panel's in good-excellent shape. Trying to avoid using a repop. Would prefer the panels not to have tire rack mounting holes (if that's possible).

When I test fit the lower right quarter panel the lip that should be welded to the tail light housing has a very large gap.
