Just installed mine yesterday to pre-paint tub for test fitting. As TBP says, just put in the bolt and nut in the rear of the bracket and tighten it down snug. The bracket gives a bit allowing the bracket to bolt flat to the bed. The rail nut hits the floor but no problem since the bracket bolt snugs bracket down flat to the floor.

I guess I learned my lesson to just call when in doubt... Maybe one day I'll remove the washers to have more surface area touching the floor pan.

Honestly, in my opinion, I would not worry about removing the washers. The seat has near zero upward pull and very little downward force. Your seat belt bolts to floor and/or roll bar so even in an accident, seat has no additional forces. Maybe if you went in reverse very fast and hit a wall the force would stress the rear mounts, but likely that would not happen given the 4 bolts on the front of the passenger bracket. I think your set up is fine.

Has anyone found seat covers that fit the TBP front and rear seats? I am considering selling my parchment recovered stock seats and putting the parchment TBP seats in. But want to find a seat cover for wheeling trips.

Can anyone whose had these seats for a few years comment on their durability and overall experience/thoughts on them? Thank you in advance.
I have had two sets. They are OK. I have parchment and they are easy to clean. The specific issue I have had I that the seat bottom frame / structure is pretty cheap and the centers of both driver's side collapsed. They replaced the first one with a new seat and the current issye I just had a few weeks ago and haven't spoken with them yet. They are about 4 years old so we will see what happens. For frame of reference I'm 170lbs.
