Telescopic Running Boards

Hello everyone - I've been thru 6 pages of thread searching and have not found what I'm looking for.

Has anyone installed late model telescoping running boards on a EB....you know, like the new Ford F150's or Caddies have on them?

I'm not interested in protection and don't want rocker panels with tubes. I just want a nice, clean, yet functional running board for when the kids and bride want to go for a spin. I'm thinking from the back of the front fender well to the front of the rear well....not a 12" step.

This is not a trailer queen it is a street king rig, but it will never see the trails.

Let's here your feedback and/or some part #'s that you've researched or used that seems to be relatively seamless.

Thanks - Dale

I dont know if any body would have them. Most people like the tube and bars for protection.

Why do they need to retract? If its a street machine a nice set of nerfs will fit the bill and look great too.

I had looked at them but at the time they didn't make any for the EB but they said that the heep ones would work with some mods that you had to do your self. If your going to pay that much for something like that I don't want to have to do any mods to it!

yeah!! The power step is not cheap. Maybe I'll keep an eye open for a salvage project.
