Working on my seating setup for the bronco, as most know I have 4 kids and they are all little...7,5,3,1.

How old are you? 28? LOL, that young, WOW, I got just as many, but only the 6th grader, 12yrs old has went out twice w/me now wheelin, and done a damn good job with manual steering, just ask Floyd.

I feel your pain w/em being so young brother.

NO doubts you will get em all in the rig one way or another ;D

We ran 5 wide with 2 rear benches in big bear 2 years ago, the wife was preggers with #4 for the trip. So we've fit the fam before but trying to fit them with a little more comfort now. Also the big boys have outgrown the car seats so they had to step up to a big boy bench but wanted better than the lap belts. Also upgrade for the fronts with suspension seats and 3 point belts.

Got the cage in. Need to get my head banger pads sewn up, I think it'll look good with the black up there to break it up.

Wow man, that looks fantastic! What a great color choice! It's like an entirely new rig, congrats bro.

I hope to see it at the Bash!

Thanks, got a few more things done tonight after kiddies went to bed. Got the fender flares finished mounted and tightened down. Installed hood shocks from Toms. Man where have these been the past 6 years. With the 39's I can't get the hood high enough to use the prop rod. Also got my bronco emblems mounted, gotta love some new chrome.

Tomorrow hope to get the rear seat platforms painted and front seats mounted. Need to meet with my seamstress for roll bar pad details. Also need to finish looming the wires under the dash and install the wipers. Maybe get the vent windows in as well...we'll see.

Who helped put the gage in? Thought you would call. With all that weight, I see more motor in the future. How about a nice LS1?;)
Did you measure the height before putting on the bumpers, & cage for before-after comparison?
Good Job daddio!

Had small group at our house last night so Morton, Dodson and I put it in. Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Need to grab some new bolts for it. I dont see a need for that LS1 but if you get a deal on one let me know and I will find a bronco to put it in!

Lol I know huh Marc! Big difference.
Got front seats installed today, need to get or make an L bracket for the seat belts. Took it for a spin around the hood, had a blast.
Blubuckaroo came by for a visit. Man his sure runs out good. You'd never know that it was a 34 yr old vehicle.

First family outing in the new beast!!! Got all the seats in and belts mounted. No windshield but hey, it was fun and we just cruised through the neighborhood. Kids had a blast, not much cooler than owning a semi-monster truck.

Exactly! Nothing says "natures true beauty" like bugs flying at you and dodging the occasional cigarette butt the jackass in front of you tossed out his window. LOL!!! ;D
Turned out great Josh! Are you still going to make the full extended hard top? Or go back to a soft top?

Probably just a safari top. Might take a soft top by an upholstery shop and see if they can extend it for me. That would be ideal.

Spent Saturday up in Auburn with the NorCal Bronco crew for a tube bending day. Made a set of tube doors and the start of a new safari rack. We copied Crawlin68's design for the main door structure. Got it home and made a set of hinges today for it to slip into the Drake lift offs. Waiting on a couple spring loaded T-handles to show up to do the latch. Also got the tailgate mounted up after cleaning out the paint off the bolt holes. Amazing how easy things install after you chase the threads.

Going to try and spend naptime tomorrow working on the safari top.
