Totally, I know. Was supposed to be on the Rubicon this weekend but my babysitters skipped town early. Looking forward to getting it out there!

Got the tube doors done fab'd up. Just need paint, maybe tomorrow.

Also got doors mounted where they will likely spend 90% of their time...

Nice rig Tito. Sorry to here that you are missing wheeling the the WH group.

I'll give you a buzz tomorrow, might have you pick up a few small things from Tom's if you go by there and get your trans.

Well I have the new car itch so I need to do something to distract myself so I am working on putting a hard top on the BUS so I can drive it around through the fall/winter and stay dry/kids warm. I had 2 tops so I toot the front from one and the back from the other and am combining them. I will keep the window stock, don't even actually want to change the gasket but we'll see when I start the quick body work. Just going to fill in the extra window portion with sheet metal I have around.
Got it all tacked and final fitted today, it'll work. Going to try and finish the welding tonight and tomorrow. Have an extra bow I am going to put at the seam to strengthen it up. will paint black and possibly raptor coat the inside and outside when done.

Need to finish putting the guts in the doors too, been running my tube doors all summer.

That's gonna turn out nice, can't wait to see it when it's finished. Your kids better start eating their spinach each spring when it comes time to take it off. That thing will be HEAVY. ;D I like your Raptor idea that should quiet it down alot.

A glass shop should be able to fix you up easy enough. Super glue the rubber together. Sort of like making big o-rings. I'm thinking a matching sides with a black cap. Sort of like the old IH Travelall.
