The body work ended up not being to bad just extremely time consuming. I ended up shoot the tub with spi single stage white and I’m not gonna lie this stuff shot great for the price. And it’s bright.

This week I have been working on prepping the roll cage for paint. Ended up cheating and having it sandblasted. I sprayed it with steel-it matte black came out pretty nice, minus a few missed spots.

Had to sand the sand the bed down, today since I missed the respray window for the headliner. Got it all taped off.
Sprayed the bulkhead too so that it would be ready for bed liner as well.

Shot both the bed and bulkhead today, I was surprised how nice it came out. I ended up using all 4 quarts of the raptor liner. Probably could have used another quart to get some additional thickness.

You've come a long way. It came out really nice. I am also a big fan of the SPI paint and primer products. Can't beat the quality for the price. Can't wait to see your Bronco when finished.

If I had a dollar for every time I've heard this on CB, I'd have about 10 bucks ;D

wow good to know, are you using the raptor liner under the tub as well? Great progress! When's the wedding?

I didn’t go down the full rabbit hole and pull the body off the frame. So no liner on the bottom.

So I didn’t quite finish it for the wedding, but the Bronco was still there.

Well been lazy in update this thread, but I did manage to become an expert in windshield installation on the second windshield. But up to know now the trucks is painted from the firewall back, with the front end in primer. The body work got my down so I switched gears switched over to getting engine fired up.

Here is dropped of at the engine tuner. Once I got it back I have been driving it every chance I can get haha. Probally gonna need another set of SX’S soon cause it likes to roast them.

Started reworking the wiring trying to clean everything up and add connects to make it as modular as possible. I have a tendency to take things apart to much so I tired of pulling out all the wires to remove one item.
