As of today, we are the proud owners of what we are 99% sure is the '68 U13 used on the set of Green Acres. Unfortunately there is no actual documentation, but upon comparison there is little doubt.

-Los Angeles DSO, show filmed in same area, one of 10 '68 U13s sent to that DSO.

-Came With Bulkhead and front Buckets originally, can be seen on show.

-Rear flares mounted exactly the same as one on show

-Rangoon Red originally, same as one on the show and one of 26.

-Had AM radio originally, antenna can be seen on show

-Has screw holes where the original inserts were, several '68 U13s had hard doors.

-Rumored to have been on the show since around 1977

-Already one of 212 made

Plan is to take it back to how it looked back then, and keep it! We are proud to have it!

Great find Jimmy. I guess you could call it the rare of the rare! I never realized the rear fenders were cut on the show.

Hi, is there any sign of the big driver side mirror? I don't see any hole on the fender behind the Bronco emblem.
Good luck.

Thank you everyone! It was here in Alabama actually, purchased at Auction in the 70's and brought here sometime after.

The mirror holes were there, but have been filled. You can see it on the backside of the fender.

Quick, buff it out and bring it to SC;D. Congrats, that’s an awesome edition to your stable!

This is way to cool. Not only a rare find on its own, but throw in the Green Acres bit and all I can say is WoW! Congrats on your find. Look forward to seeing her brought back to her full glory. Nice find!

Thank you everyone! I also want to give a special thank you to my friend Tim Hulick (eaglenest66) for his help in attempting to authenticate it!

It seems like that detail would be pretty specific to that individual Bronco.

Hank Kimball's Bronco. Pretty cool.
