I am thinking about a tintable bedliner for my front floor boards. They are in good shape, but often get wet with the top off. Does anyone have good/bad experiences with tintable bedliners?

If you have photos, please post.

I had the entire inside done with tinted Line-X. Color matched to the outside. it's been 2 years and it still looks new. Any scratches don't show as it's colored all the way through. I wash out the inside with a hose after 4x trips.

If you are looking for a less expensive route Durabak has tinted bedliners. They are the roll in/spray in type and they have quite a few colors. Just google Durabak and it'll pop right up.

i used Durabak for all of my interior, as well as inside and out of my hardtop. I can get some pics tomorrow if you like. I should have some anyways.

I really liked the way the SEM tintable works. I think Bax may have like it too, if one step would not have bitten him in the butt with the primer he used.

How much Durabak would it take to put two coats inside of a Bronco Tub including the tailgate ?

I used the SEM's tintable. Make sure if you do any priming to use epoxy primer under it.

We use SEM Protex liner at the bodyshop I run. We have been able to get some really nice color matches out of it. Even metallics. It takes two coats to get the thickness that would be desired though.

I had the whole interior sprayed with tinted Line-X. I took my seats to the guy and he matched it perfectly.

USE AN EPOXY PRIMER WHEN USING THE SEM PRODUCT. DONT SPRAY THE FIRST COAT ON TOO THICK. LET THE PRODUCT DRY BETWEEN COATS. Or be a dumb a$$ like me and do everything wrong and have to scrape all that crap off and start over. Lots of fun.

Make sure the color goes all the way through and not a color put on top or else it will show scratches in a different color as mine did.

1 gallon of durabak did 2 coats in the bed of my ranger p/u-6 ft

How thick did it end up? I am getting ready to try the Durabak route and wondering if one gallon is enough or step up and grab 2. Beats 700 for rhino for a tan color hands down if it hold up!!!!!
