I saw this rig at this years Fabalous Ford Show. It's running BFG mud terrains.
I did not get the tire size. I'm assuming 235x15? I was also wondering if you think this rig is lifted or stock height? I just love the big tire look! Can you guys chime in and confirm what size you think the tires are and if the rig is stock height?
Thanks
Tom

I could be wrong but it looks like they cut the rear wheels wells to make tires fit. Could be a 1 inch lift. I am new to broncos so I am sure someone on here will chirp in.

I think those tires are bigger than 235/75/15. Look like 30/9.50/15 or 31/10.50/15 to me on stock height or maybe 1". Here is my Bronco in comparison with 1" lift and 235/75/15 BFG MTs.

Im gonna say 33x10 and 2.5 suspension, 1" body. Tough to tell from the angle and on skinny stock wheels. Maybe only 31's and 2.5 lift? The bumper gap sure looks like there's at least 1" body lift there.

Guys, thank you for all your input.
Do you think I could get by with out rubbing issues with the BFG MT 31x10.5-15
On my stock rims and un-cut and un-lifted rig? It will not be off road.
Thanks
Tom

I'm pretty sure Mike (Built Fords) moved the axle back an inch to get the tire centered better in the wheel opening. He might have even "pushed" the front and rear corners slightly.

I don't think so, this pic is before the 1" BL... has a 2.5"SL and we pulled/rolled the rear quarters, the 265/75/16 tires which is like a 31.5 x 10.5 rubbed so we put the BL in....

Tom thanks! The Bronco was completely frame on rebuilt in 2001 and has over 100k on the rebuild is now sitting on a sagged out 2.5" suspension. The true measured lift is 2" over stock (9" frame to axle) and the rears settled to just over 1" over stock (8" frame to axle). The oversize rubber body bushings used to provide a 1" lift but have also sagged to only about a 1/2" body lift. Soon I will either lift the back or lower the front (I like em low!)

I did move the rear axle back 1 1/4" to allow the 33"x10.50x15 meats full, rub free travel. Here a old link to fitting these and how I did it:

Thanks for the page over to CB Todd Z!
