I am wanting to do a 3.5" WH lift and K02 tires with Methaod Racing wheels. The tires are 255/75R17 and the wheels are 8.5" wide with 4.75" backspacing. Will this fit an Uncut Bronco with the 3.5" lift? I have not seen much info on 8.5" wheels for a LUBR so was wondering if anyone has seen this set up or have it themselves. This Bronco will not be used for wheeling, just regular paved roads and maybe light trails at most.

I don't see why they wouldn't fit. Here's some pics of mine with 35s on 17x9 with 4.5 bs, 5.5" suspension lift, 1" body lift. ;)

I run a 255/80/17 with 4.5 bs and have no issues. I also run a 4-link on my uncut and can fully tuck my tires. No altercations to the wheel well lips either
You should be fine

Alright here it is with Tom's 3.5" lift, Bilstein shocks, and 255/75r17 KM2 tires
