Yes, I had the same issue. Click on my build thread link, below in my signature line. Then go to page 18, post #349 and start reading there. Short answer, is you need to add a spacer between the crossmember and transmission mount. Hope this helps.

x 3, mentioned this to Tom's awhile back when I installed mine. Had some dialogue going for a bit regarding them providing spacers as @gnsteam mentioned, but just decided to have my own made instead. Have yet to install them but planning on 2x 1/4" pieces of plate.
