Nicely done Ford....what a bunch of pricks. After a couple of lackluster dealership experiences that left me so pissed that walked out without a new truck I was already on the fence with my loyalty to Ford. This just pushed me over the edge. We'll be buying two new cars in the next couple of years, they wont be Ford. I will however enjoy the heck out of my EB and do my part to keep Tom's in business.

The key element is they’re the same company with the same owner. They still provide the same service just under a new name. We’ll still call them TBP more than TOR. I’m fortunate to have them in my backyard. I look forward to visiting with them when I get parts. I’ve become friends with many of the employees/family there.

While you guys are changing things up, please make a Amazon store for us guys that get Amazon gift cards for Birthdays, Christmas and Father's day. There is also a good chance I could sneak some orders in all the ones my wife is doing. 😆 Ps Thanks

They have the best customer service in my opinion too!
