Tranny Issues

I recently discover i have a hairline crack in my tranny pan around the inlet of the dipstick tube. i was wondering if jb weld would take care if it???
also i have a very irritating slip now everytime i start up and put inot drive.
is his from low fluid level?

Low fluid can cause it to slip. It's not good for the clutches when that happens. If the fluid level is low now I'd take the pan off and either replace it or weld it. I'm not sure JB weld would hold on a transmission pan. Then re-check the slipping after you get it filled back up.
