I spent the weekend putting in a new flywheel. clutch, rebuilt tranny (stock 3 speed) and rebuilt t-case. finished Sunday and let the rtv set until today. Added oil to both the tranny and t-case and went for a spin. Very happy with the new clutch! I have had this truck for 16 years and finally got the chatter gone. Tranny shifts smooth and t-case shifts great as well. All is good until I parked it and checked for leaks.....crap! Got oil leaking out of the hole in the cross member! The only thing I can think of is the rebuilt case has a hose fitting where the vent is and I didn't attach a hose line to it. Have any of you guys or gals experienced oil coming out of there??

Thanks!
Mike

The bolts that hold the adapter to the transfer case will leak unless sealer is used on them.
