Trans Cooler

Those that have installed a tranny cooler did you use any kind of sealer for the threads on the fittings? I know teflon tape ia a No No, but is there anything that is ok to use?

Permetex high performance thread sealent.
It comes in a white tube and works great. Used it on my trans cooler, and trans temp sensor.
It's a little pricy but a little goes a long way, and you'll have the stuff for years.
