Transfer case improvements ?

In the next few months I'll be doing the 4r swap and installing the WH Extreme Duty Output System on the D20 while I have it out. Other than a couple leaks the transfer case works well only minor sticky shifting sometimes but I think that is normal.

Should I do a rebuild while I have it out our just a new gasket set?

Any other D20 improvements that are budget friendly?

I would convert it to twin stick while you are at it.

If it was me I'd rebuild it. It's pretty dang easy if you take your time and have access to a press.

Also if you're going to be wheeling the JB Fab shift rails (if it's a t-shift) and twin sticks are an awesome upgrade.

Thanks for the suggestions. I should have mentioned it’s J shift and twin sticks and will definitely check out those videos.
