transmission fluid level ?

Should the fluid in the transmission be between the "low" and "high" mark on the dipstick when the car is turned off and cold or at normal operating temperature.

My system runs through the radiator and an external cooler.

A C-4 should be at operating temperature, in park.

Operating temperture and the engine should be running when checking it as well.

Warmed up, run through all the gears, and pull the dipstick while the motor is running and transmission is in park.
