Not sure of all the differences but their truck versions had higher capacity oil pans ( xtra quart) and they were " cammed different". The trucks motors had max torque and hp around 1800 - 2000 rpm. The car motors usually around 4000rpm.
A lot of theTruck motors also had passenger side water pump inlet.

Truck 302 heads have larger valve springs and spring seats. Someone already mentioned the larger pan. I'm not sure what else.

1969 was the first year for the small block in F-series trucks with a 302 option.

I found 3 sources for 1969 engine power, Falcon, Bronco and F100. they were all extremely close, 205-210 HP at approximately 4600 rpm and 295-300 ft pounds of torque at 2600 RPM.

All small blocks were passenger side water pump inlet in 1969, F-series trucks and cars became driver side inlet in 1970. Bronco never changed, probably because it was a hair shorter than the driver side inlet.

All 2bbl 302s in '69 sold in cars and trucks were nearly identical. The oil pan and pick up are only difference you can see or experience when run. '69 was also the year the 351w was introduced in Mustangs and Cougars. As Bluebolt pointed out all small blocks in '69 had RH inlet on the water pumps and this includes the 351w. So '69 351Ws could be swapped into an EB with nothing more than a 4x4 truck or modified Bronco oil pan in '69. Later '80s crown Vic 351 oil pans made the swap easier.

Id agree there really was no major differances in the early 302s in cars or trucks. In a lot of cases the trucks had car engine blocks and heads. For the most part Id say looking at the early power numbers they were the same engines but probably had different advance curves in the dizzy that accounts for the small differances in power.

There were also exhaust differences. Some cars had dual-exhaust options, which put the horsepower numbers slightly higher on paper without needing to change anything internally to the engine.
Some options on some car chassis' probably also had less restrictive manifolds on HP models perhaps, but I don't know if Ford ever did that on the 302's or not.

The heads were slightly different with a smaller chamber and slightly increased compression.
