Having a restoration done as I don't have time or skills leaves me only having to decide what it's gonna look like. Much tougher decisions then I thought it would be. Just a cruiser but want it to look tough (thats why I love Broncos in the first place) but after learning more I really enjoy the classic look. Need to build a cruiser tough looking classic...

in my mind

This may not add up but I want a tough looking capable cruiser with classic looks. Love this but maybe dial it back for my needs, leave it uncut, grabber and black, but keep the suspension and body lifts enough to allow me decent 33 x12.5 on the build

The color photographs a little different then it looks in person. Mine is 2011 Ford Grabber Blue, the same as the mustang above. I love the way it looks and it is very bright and hard to miss. I would call it closer to a primary blue but I don't see it as any shade of purple to me. Butch

Butch I love your truck! How do you think it would look grabber and black, black wheels like you have it, but uncut and lifted to have 33 x 12.5

The black looks best with to me, the center of my hood is blacked out along with my grill. The inside has spayliner on it with black seats as well. It is a stand out color and should look awsome uncut. If you haven't seen the 2011 Mustang in this color you should stop buy a Ford dealer and take a look. My 11 year old son choose this color because Ford auctioned one off at Barret Jackson a couple of years ago for JDRF and he's type 1 diabetic so it was kinda cool for him. I was unsure how it would look (kinda like you are) until I went to pick it up and it was almost glowing sitting in the lot next to all the other painted cars and trucks.

Sounds good to me, go w/the black wheels and black hood, Perfecto ;)

Go with 70s grabber blue. That's the true grabber blue on the BOSS302 and 71 BOSS351

The 2011 and the 1971 are the same color. The only difference is the 71 was single stage and the 11 is base/clear coat. The touch up paint I have is the 71 and it matches perfectly.

I don't think there is any purple and after this thread the grabber is growing on me with the black rims and accents. I was looking at the Ford Blue Flame but I think that has a bit too much purple in it for me.
