Once again, very nice job, you should be proud of that. Its cool to do something unique, and even cooler to do it on a Bronco! Like I said before, I think something like that would sell, especially if it was metal.
I got the other side done. Not bad 2 weeks 2 fenders. Everything worked good even the tail light crome is going to fit. keeping the uncut look was what I wanted to do. Lots of work but I like them.
Thanks Again
Bax
I think you have done it ! It's been tried before and with various outcomes, but I really think your method has achieved what most people were trying to accomplish . Without a doubt , you are a metal fabric8tr It looks great!
Bax it looks awesome, I bet once it is done you will have one of the coolest broncos around.
Before you paint it, I would cycle the front suspension with the wheels turned inwards. I have a feeling the front of the tire might rub on the bottom edge of the front fenders. It would be much better to find out now, before you paint it. I little tiny bit of trimming should take care of it.

What do you need a tig welder for? If you use 1/8" aluminum plate for backup, a mig will do a flush butt weld from inside without any warpage. I used some donor front fenders and welded them in the rear to make a stock matching opening. WIthout going to huge tires, the plastic flares stick out too far compared to stock fronts. Look way too big for a clean street driver with minimum lift.
