Here are some updated pics - we have the tub turned right side up now - applied metal ready and POR 15 on all the seams today....once it is tacky I will be putting POR-15 seam sealer on. Then we'll hopefully get the Al's sprayed in tomorrow.

To you body gurus - this is only a $70,000 (inside joke) bronco so the body work is average - just trying to prevent rust!!

Never heard of Al's but I've had good luck with Hurculiner are these comparable?
anybody ever compare the two?
Where do you get Al's

Looks good.
It looks like it has some pretty good texture to it. How many coats is that and does it keep that shine when dry or does it go flat?

It does have good texture - you can increase decrease texture with how much air you push through the gun - It does keep the shine - I am impressed with it so far - you are looking at 1 gallon in the tub - I am debating spraying another as there are a few thin spots...
