Just asking... UPDATE see post #6

The last time I talked to Kevin he was taking down all the symptoms as to why my Quick6 wouldn't shift properly in Manutronic mode. He had asked me to write down a comprehesive list of symptoms that might be causing the issues. Kevin and Jake had both come up w/o any viable fiexes so far.

I called him back, he wrote the issues down and said he'd review them and talk with Karl.

No response... I've called once/week and emailed once/week since Thanksgiving.

What do I do now?

Anybody else run into this? The Mustang forums have been talking about delayed help since I started following the Quick6 discussions and I was telling them that US Shift service is great as I ran their Quick4 for almost a dozen years... I've had nothing but good service ... until the Quick 6 issues...

Feed back? Not looking for dissing... just wondering if I'm the only one not getting service/feedback...?

thanks

I have no idea. I thought maybe with the holidays they might but I have called Kevin's line and Jakes's line and left emails on their contact "help"
email.

Not a word.

Good idea. It's like I've been "banned" from being helped or something...

40 min chat with Kevin this am... whew, am I relieved. I was really thinking they weren't ever going to respond and if something more serious happened to my controller-I'd be screwed and end up swapping tranny's or ...

Anyway, he is once again briefed on why my Controller when in Manutronic mode by using a toggle switch (latching switch in their instructions) won't work properly. When I use my Winters and shift it manually into what Ford calls "Sport" mode, and then I bump shift with a rocker switch it works like it's supposed to.

I wanted you all to know that after 6 weeks they finally took my call and we are actively working on the issue once again.
