vacuum lines from efi to c4

where do the two vacuum lines from a c-4 go on a 5.0 efi ???

2 vacum lines? I have just one for my modulator. I just hooked it up to one of the small ports that come off the rear of the upper intake.

There is a few vacuum connections under the upper intake. :-*

All of the C4's I have seen have 1 vacuum line that goes from the modulator to any intake manifold vacuum source.
