Jeff - we tested both regulators this morning, they both seem to work fine. Photos are being uploaded to the Flickr page. One of the units is missing a small blue round plastic piece, shown in one of the pictures.

That's fine if hubs are dented. Mine are 'patina'd' anyway, so it will work fine.
