volt gauge in stock gauge cluster

A few years ago someone posted a thread on modifying an aftermarket volt gauge and adding it to the stock gauge cluster. I can't find it now. Did any of you do that build or at least have the info on it?

link still work. here's a shot of a cluster i just did will all new guages, far more work and a few challenges along the way but looks great.

Good to know Nick. I did use a cheep gauge. I wonder if removing it from the cup had something to do with it.
