• Be EXTREMELY cautious if someone offers to buy your Bronco for more than your asking price and sight unseen. ESPECIALLY if the buyer is overseas. It's probably a scam.

Looking for 1967 Warn locking hubs for my Military bronco.

I want to be authentic as possible for my restoration and the Warn hubs from 66 don’t quite match the picture I have

Help would sourcing these would be appreciated.

Thanks

Unfortunately not those. Those match my 66.

I can figure out how to post a pic but if you do a search for a 1967 military bronco it has unique hubs.

Thanks for reaching out

They used the 66 hub above well into 67'. So that would have left you with slugs which are just a smooth metal cover, or the stock red knob Spicer. 8 screw Warns and the Selctro were aftermarket of course.

I had an early ‘67 that had dealer installed 8 bolt Warn hubs.
Cool thing is I still have the box dated 11/8/66 shipped from Warn directly to the dealer, and the box is carrying a Ford part number, so there was definitely some transitional stuff going on in 1967…

Assuming you mean 8 bolt House? Cool stuff there, first time I've seen that diagram sheet.

If you ever had the installation diagram reprinted, I would be interested in a copy or two.

Not that I know anything but I’m good at searching things out. This is what I found in the 67 Military Bronco image search. The 67 Bronco brochure is clear as to what it is. But it shows the Warn manual locking hub as an option, but it mentions that automatic locking hubs are also available. It would make sense in my mind that the military would opt for the automatic version.
The military Bronco images clearly show a Warn hub, but I don’t know enough about the 66/67 Bronco to tell what year Bronco was photographed.
So for what it’s worth:

For whatever reason I just can’t seem to bring in the military photos….

Those are 66' doors, 66 transmission shifter for sure, but 67' mirrors. The top and tailgate were used on both 66 and 67. It has the 8 screw warns from what I can see in the pics. I've yet to ever see any hub like Warn drawings in the brochures, the 66' has the same drawing as the one you posted

but the actual Warn hubs look nothing like it.

I had a ‘52 Willys Wagon with those exact hubs, only vehicle I’ve ever seen them on, and the first set of hubs I ever rebuilt.

I think International Scout Dana 44’s used a hub similar to the one show in the brochure.
Also notice it is a drawing, not a photo. I don’t believe Ford used any of that style.

That is the best image I've seen of the military rear end... It looks like the lift gate I picked up is wrong for my build I need a 66 lift gate with the key separate from the handle. Anyone have they could sacrifice for my build?

On the picture of the military bronco rear end... can anyone tell me what lights or reflectors are underneath the tail lights?

Its the first time I've seen these.
