Installed the premium hubs today. Drivers side clicks when I turn to lock. Passenger side doesn't. When you spin the passenger tire, then it clicks n locks in.

Normal?

I greased them lightly. Not enough grease?

Thoughts?

Thanks.

Not sure but you may have to pull the hub again. Are you sure the pin on the adjusting nut is properly seated in the washer with the hole?

The hub should only need to be lightly greased.

On my 97 ford, I put Warn Premium Hub, and when its on the jack and I lock the hubs, they just don't lock in I have to move the tires to engage them.

100% normal for the tire to have to turn before the hub will engage. Just indicates that the axle splines and the hub splines were not exactly lined up when the hub was turned to the lock position.

Thanks guys

appreciate the feedback. I'll pull the passenger hub to triple check the washer and the pin. Pretty sure its good. But, wouldn't hurt to look again.
