washer ID for body mount repair ?

What ID of washer should I use to repair the body mounts. The wild horses bushings fit a 1 7/16" washer perfectly, but it is tight. Of the things I have read it sounds like a lot of guys have used 1 1/2" ID. I am replacing the entire floor with a complete wild horses unit. I like the idea of the tighter fit, but have a feeling I will need the little bit of wiggle room to get everything lined up, as I am doing door posts, kick panels and front floor.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
thanks, Doug

.. I'VE NOT DONE THAT REPAIR, But i'm with you there is 8 locations, SO some wiggle room would be nice to have I'd think.. Some times you can find Heavy Duty washers These are a little fatter than a stock store bought washer . I'd check fasten-all. & see if they can get thicker ones. Some one may prove me wrong but Ive thought about using the Thicker ones if nothing else just easier to stick weld in place. I guess a wire welder either will work . But again I'd think the thicker one would be stronger.

I used the frame savers. I wallowed out the holes in body to align as that was easier than opening up the thicker material of the frame

I used a 1-1/2" ID x 2-3/4 OD x 1/8" thick steel washer from Mcmaster-Carr.
