I will throw my $.02 in here as I just place a several thousand dollar order with BCB (as well as tom's) and dealt with Jen and Chuck. I felt completely taken care of and didn't feel like any small details were missed. I order the BCB tank as I feel the extra effort to install is worth the money for the better/sturdy mounting system.
I am finishing up my frame off build and have used BCB, Toms and JBG quite a bit and feel they all have been more than helpful. I have a ton of BCB parts on my truck as they have a alot of well engineered solutions to the guy/girl who is building a non-stock truck.
I would hate for someone to get a negative view of BCB by reading something online...though I think Zillacon was very fair in his response and gave reasons as to his dissatifaction. I think his response was much more beneficial and helpful than the typical vendor bash.
I know how hard it is to find good quality employees that truely understand what it takes to run a susccessful business. I think one thing to remember for anyone reading this is our vendors are not large multinational corporations but smaller, typically family run businesses. This by no means is an excuse for poor service but we should all be aware of the challenges this causes and some of the limitations there businesses have due to there size.
