So I just got the retractable lap belts from WH, haven't installed the yet.
I noticed the retractors don't inertia lock. Should they?

Good question. I don't know, but the factory EB belts did not lock. I imagine there are still "standard" retractable belts used for replacement that don't lock, but don't know if any of the types we typically sell through the aftermarket are available with inertial locks or not.

I'll see if I can get an answer, but in the meantime I'm sure others here will know.

So I finally got some time to get these installed today. Hopped in the driver seat, put the seat belt
on and voila! They do inertia lock! Glad they do, otherwise would kind of defeat the purpose.

Hey Paul, maybe you guys should update the website to include this information.

Is that the fully retracting belt?
Lap only?
Is the inside belt floppy or does it have that rigid plastic cover?
Would love to see some photos.

Done! Well, in a little while anyway, when Dave gets around to it.

Thanks Scott. Appreciate the feedback and follow-up.
