Although I agree your bearing looks bad, the youtube video doesn't sound like bearing noise to me. I agree with the first posts and broken teeth on the ring gear bouncing around. Did you rotate the assembly after you pulled the axles?

This is exactly what I thought about mine that sounded exactly the same and I have ripped teeth off in a couple of diffs. I was thinking I could upgrade to a locker when changing the gears, but mine was 100% the bearing.
